- Drive onsite management of EPC contractor (the Bechtel joint venture) team. World record speed (NTP to First Fire in 19 months) and high quality of construction and commissioning of 2410 MW Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant.
- Ensure site EH&S standards are met at all times through pro-active cooperation with EPC, communication to the teams and occasional stoppage of work.
- Execute EPC contractor based on applicable codes and standards, esp ASME (B&PV for HRSGs; B31 for Piping), ANSI and NFPA.
- Acceptance of mechanical systems, turn-over packages and punch-listing. Witnessing and sign-off on the key system/plant tests.
- Set-up the criteria for Mechanical Completion of the Power Plants. Monitoring of the Performance Tests.
